What do You Need To Do?
You just need to log in, update your list of employees, then apply for access to the estates you subscribe to. If you don't yet subscribe for access control to an estate, you first need to pay for the period required. If you require access for foreigners, you need to upload a copy of their passport and foreign worker's certificate.
No more Photographs of ID required !
Facial Recognition via your cellphone is done once. Thereafter this allows you to apply for access to multiple sites.
Unlike card or code based systems, 4Access uses biometric verification that recognises you instantly - improving accuracy and removing risks from lost or shared credentials.
Our systems use encrypted, cloud-based architecture to prevent duplication or tampering.
Each scan is processed in real time and stored securely under global data protection standards.
First, you need to pay for the period required in each site. You need to add your company details and details of persons requiring access. You then need to get facial links for each person to verify their face with a selfie.
Finally, you need to Apply for Access for these persons. After Site Admin has done the approval, you will be notified.
